This CD has been a true labor of love. ACTS people wanted to be able to have Earthen
Vessel music CD. In September 2008 Earthen Vessel gave a concert and let the people
vote on the songs they wanted on the CD.
This process proved very tedious of getting licenses and permission to record the songs
for the purpose of sales. Thanks to combined efforts by the group and former musician
Jeff the process plodded along. This was unknown territory and the progress was slow.
But, persistence and perseverance paid off and finally licenses were purchased for the
songs that are on the CD. Next step was the recording sessions, then re-recording, then
the editing and mixing several times.
For various reasons, not all the top songs polled could be included; however, 7 of the 12
most popular in the poll are included.
