Wonderful ladies of ACTS. It is so important for our ACTS sisters to stay in touch. Acts teams come and go from year to year and with over 1000 ACTS brother's and sister's we can't all be on a team every year. There is a place for US. Wonderful ladies of ACTS. There is a place for US.
So, please plan on taking advantage of coming together as ACTS sisters once a month (the 4th Sunday evening of each month)from September through May) from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. at St. Paul's potluck hall. This will always be a potluck. We will share, sing, commune, catch up with each other, and give God glory. To make it easier to schedule several months out please note the following dates and add them to your calendars. We need each other all the time. We don't meet during the summers but start again each fall. I, (Destiny Sargeant), will take charge of the first September meeting and then we will ask for volunteers to take the lead in making sure the remaining months happen. It isn't difficult and it is a welcome service of love and community. We always need help from a few with set up (30 minutes earlier) and take down.

Instructions for leaders
-In charge team need to arrive about 30 minutes early and set up about 3 tables for food and put tables for seating in a square where women can see each other
-Bring a prayer or reading that is meaningful to start off conversation and gratefulness and sharing (we women don’t usually have to much trouble getting started). It is okay to have music if you would like but just being together is wonderful.
-Plan on a few women staying after to put the chairs and tables away and clean up the hall.
-One to two weeks prior to your leadership date please contact Lynn Clements at ACTSINACTION.com and Sandy Nolan at St. Paul’s and ask that a reminder announcement be put on the ACTS email and in the Church Bulletin. Please add your name and phone number to the bottom of the announcement in the event that people have questions.
